Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for buying our courses. We ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our courses, whether it is an instructor-led or self-paced training.

As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on Bright Collar, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and refund policy. This will include registrant application to any of Bright Collar’s scheduled public classes, and where the registrant has already paid for the class.

Cancellations and Refunds

For E-learning and Self-Study:

  • Cancellation or refund can only be consider prior to assigned course material. Cancellation or refund can not be allowed once candidate has already assigned course material by Bright Collar, whether it can be self or e-learning.
  • Any refund request beyond 7 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
  • All refunds will be made excepting the bank charges and the other processing fees.

For Live-Online Training:

  • Bright Collar reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class at any time, including but not limited to, insufficient registrations, classroom or trainer unavailability, or if the trainer could not attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Refunds, cancellation or rescheduling can only be consider prior to assigned course material.
  • All refunds will be made excepting the bank charges and the other processing fees.
